Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any service, platform, server, website, Discord community, digital product, or system operated by Chaos Gaming Network (“CGN”).

By accessing or using any CGN service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all current and future CGN-operated services, including but not limited to FiveM servers, game servers, Discord communities, websites, stores, scripts, digital assets, and related platforms.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to comply with all posted rules, policies, and guidelines.
  • You are responsible for your account activity and security.
  • You may not use CGN services for unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes.

3. Enforcement & Termination

CGN reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any service, account, or content at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Payments, Donations & Virtual Goods

  • All payments, donations, and purchases are final.
  • Virtual goods and services have no real-world monetary value.
  • No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued.
  • Chargeback attempts may result in permanent loss of access.

5. Asset Transfers & Ownership

Any scripts, assets, models, maps, code, or digital resources submitted, transferred, or provided to Chaos Gaming Network immediately become the sole and exclusive property of CGN.

By submitting assets, you irrevocably relinquish all ownership, usage, resale, redistribution, and refund rights, including personal or external use.

Digital assets are irreversible. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All CGN branding, configurations, scripts, and original content are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

All CGN services are provided “as-is.” CGN is not liable for loss of data, assets, progress, revenue, or access resulting from use of its services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chaos Gaming Network, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of CGN services or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

CGN may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
